1 lb cream cheese, softened
1 (8 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained
3/4 cup pecans, chopped
1/4 cup bell pepper, chopped
1/8 cup onion, chopped
1 Tbsp seasoned salt
chopped pecans or parsley
Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients. Chill, then form into ball and roll in additional chopped nuts or chopped parsley. Serve with crackers.
