One container of yogurt - your choice
Your choice of fresh or frozen fruit (1/2 cup)
1/2 cup of Ice (crush preferred) or 1 scoop of ice cream
Honey to taste
1/2 cup - 1 cup of milk, soymilk or orange juice

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a blender.
Add more or less honey depending on sweetness of fruit.
Add more or less liquids depending on how thick you would like your smoothie.
