2lbs large fresh shrimp- cooked and cleaned
1 TBSP lemon juice
3 TBSP salad oil
3/4 cup uncooked rice
2 TBSP butter or margarine
1/4 cup minced green pepper
1/4 cup minced onion
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/8 tap mace
dash of cayenne pepper
1cup heavy cream
1/2 cup sherry
1/2 cup slivered almonds
paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Place cleaned shelled shrimp cooked shrimp in a 2 qt. casserole . Sprinkle with lemon juice and oil.
Cook rice and chill all.
Saute green pepper and onion in butter. Add all ingredients to shrimp except 1/4 cup of almonds and paprika.
Bake at 350 until bubbly. When about half done sprinkle top with 1/4 cup almonds and the paprika.
