2 pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (8 oz.) pkg. four cheese Mexican style shredded cheese
1 1/4 c. sour cream
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilis
1/2 tsp. ground red pepper
Bell pepper, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Beat cream cheese with electric mixer until softened. Reserve 1/4 c. shredded cheese for garnish. Mix in remaining cheese, 1/2 c. sour cream, chilis and ground red pepper. Spoon into 10 inch quiche plate or pie plate. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes. Spread remaining 3/4 c. sour cream over baked cheese spread and sprinkle with remaining shredded cheese. Garnish with chopped bell pepper.
