3 bananas, mashed
3 T. milk
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. butter, melted
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. sugar
1 c. nuts, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Combine mashed bananas, milk, eggs, vanilla and melted butter. Sift dry ingredients together; add sugar and half of banana mixture and beat until smooth. Add remaining banana mixture and continue beating until smooth. Stir in nuts. Pour into buttered loaf pan and bake at 350º for 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
