2 c. sugar
1 3/4 c. flour
3/4 c. cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 c. strong brewed coffee
1 c. buttermilk
1/2 vegetable oil
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, cocoa, baking powder, flour, baking soda and salt. Add remaining ingredients and beat on medium speed for 2 minutes (batter will be thin). Pour into greased and floured pan(s). Bake at 350º for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
