1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli,
cauliflower and carrots, thawed
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom
soup
1 c. colby-jack cheese, shredded
1/3 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 (2.8 oz.) French fried onions

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, combine thawed vegetables, soup, half of the cheese, sour cream and pepper. Stir in half of the French fried onions. Spoon vegetable mixture into a 2 qt. greased baking dish. Bake covered at 350º for 30 minutes. Uncover and sprinkle with remaining cheese and onions and bake 5 minutes more or until heated through.
