Broth from chicken & pork

Directions:
Directions:
Grind all meat after cooking tender. Grind or chop onions and potatoes. Begin by cooking onions and tomatoes together. Add meat, broth and seasonings. When thoroughly cooked and blended, add corn and potatoes last. Stir constantly then to prevent sticking. Makes 6 gallons. Freezes well.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
We have found that it is better to chop meat, onions and potatoes rather than grinding them. The ketchup makes the stew sweet. You may want to adjust to your taste.
