2 sticks oleo or butter
2 c granulated sugar
4 eggs

1 c milk
1 t vanilla

1 t baking soda
3 1/2 c flour
2 t baking powder
2 1/2 c peeled & sliced apples

CRUMB TOPPING
3 t butter
1/2 c flour
1 1/2 c granulated sugar
2 t cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Blend by hand the butter & sugar, blend in eggs.
Stir in dry ingredients alternating with milk & vanilla. Cake will be dry, not moist if beaten too much. Fold in the apples. Pour into greased 13x9 baking dish, top with crumb mix
Bake 45 minutes or until done at 425º.
