2 (6 oz.) pkgs. raspberry jello
2 small pkgs. frozen strawberries
1 pint whipping cream
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
miniature marshmallows
chopped walnuts (if desired)
coconut (if desired)
Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve the pkgs. of jello with 1 pint of boiling hot water. Add the frozen strawberries. Stir to blend and then let cool. Whip the whipping cream and add the cream cheese, stirring to blend. Blend creams with jello and mix well. Add pineapple and marshmallows (as many as you would like). You can sprinkle with chopped walnuts if you wish and the coconut.
