1 8OZ. pckg. cream cheese, softened
1/4 C. mayonnaise
1/4 C. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 C. grated Romano cheese
(you can buy these cheeses already mixed together in the deli)
1 clove garlic, peeled and minced
1/2 teasp. dried basil
1/4 teasp. garlic salt
salt and pepper to taste
1 (14oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
(not marinated in a jar artichokes)
1/2 C. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed
1/4 C. shredded mozzarella cheese (for top)

Preheat oven to 350º. Lightly grease a small baking dish.
In a medium bowl mix together cream cheese, mayo, Parmesan cheese, Romano cheese, garlic, basil, garlic salt, salt and pepper. Gently stir in artichoke hearts and spinach. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish. Top with Mozzarella cheese. Bake in preheated oven 25 minutes or until bubbly and lightly browned.

You can also add some canned chilis for a little bit of a different flavor. Serve with tortilla chips or a loaf of bread (my favorite!).
