Ramon Noodle Salad Recipe

1 pkg Ramon Noodles, any flavor
1 c. chopped walnuts
4 T butter
1 bunch red leaf or green leaf lettuce
1 bunch brocolli florets
1 c. vegetable oil
1 c. red wine vinegar
1 c. sugar
1 T. soy sauce
salt & pepper to taste
Mix dressing until well blended.

Wash and tear lettuce into bite size pieces. Add broccoli cut into small pieces. Can add chopped green onion if desired.

Crumble dry Ramon noodles and brown with walnuts in the butter. Spoon this mixture over the lettuce and broccoli. Pour dressing over salad just before serving.
