2 c sugar
1 1/3 c light corn syrup
3 c whipping cream
1 1/4 tsp vanilla
1 c chopped nuts

Directions:
Place sugar, syrup and 1 c cream in a cold skillet. Set temperature control at 300º. Stir. When light goes out, add 1 c cream and slowly stir. Light will go on again. Cook until light goes out. Add remaining cream, slowly stirring. Light will go on. Continue cooking and stirring until light goes off. Test to soft ball stage. Add vanilla and nuts (if desired). Pour into a buttered 9"x9" pan. Cool before cutting into squares and wrap.
