2 large bags of Bugles corn chips
flaked coconut (optional)
slivered almonds and/or cashews
1 cup butter (not margarine)
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup water
2 Tbs. clear Karo syrup

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl mix and set aside 2 large bags of Bugles and 1 pkg. sliced almonds or cashews. Cook butter, sugar, water and Karo to a soft ball stage and then pour over Bugle mixture. Stir carefully trying not to crush the Bugles, and spread out on waxed paper to cool.
