4 cups (32 oz.) chicken broth
4 cups (32 oz.) water
leftover chicken picked off the bone, and drippings (or, if the chicken is not cooked, use several chicken legs and/or wings)
celery leaves
2 cubes of chicken bouillon
4 cups (32 oz. chicken broth
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1 and 1/2 cups sliced carrots
1/2 to 3/4 cups uncooked rice

Directions:

Combine 4 cups (32 oz.) chicken broth, 4 cups (32 oz.) water, leftover chicken and celery leaves. Cook until celery leaves are wilted. Remove leaves. Remove chicken from bones and put the chicken into a large pot. Add the remaining ingredients. Boil gently until rice is cooked.
