22 lb. ham
cloves
powdered cloves
1 lb. brown sugar
ginger ale
pineapples
cherries

Directions:
Directions:
Place fatty side up. Score 1-inch blocks on the ham. Place a clove in the center of each block. Place ham in pan. Smear with 2 Tbs. powdered cloves. Put on pineapples with toothpicks. Pour 1lb. of brown sugar on the ham. Add 1/2 inch of gingerale to pan.

Bake at 300º for 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Skin off fat. Boil juices for 20 minutes until thick. Put cherries in pineapples.
