4 skinless/boneless chicken breasts, 1 large can of drained yams, 1 large yellow onion sliced, salt and pepper (if preferred), 3 T. maple syrup, thyme, white wine

Directions:
Directions:
Put chicken, yams, and slice onion in a pirax dish. Cover with salt and pepper to taste. Add the maple syrup on top along with a sprinkle of thyme and a little bit of white wine (no more than a cup). Bake at 400º for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Enjoy!
