Raspberry Jam
Buttercream Icing

Directions:
Cut pie crust into 24 circles using a biscuit cutter. Place in muffin cups sprayed with Pam. Place @ 1 tsp of raspberry jam in center of each crust. Add a few drops of red food coloring to prepared cake mix and mix well. Scoop cake mix over crust and jam, filling each muffin cup @ 2/3 of the way full. Bake cupcakes per manufacturers recommended instructions. When "maids" are cooled, ice with buttercream icing and top with sprinkles. These can be made ahead of time and frozen.

Personal Notes:
In the Pingree family, these treats are made only for special occasions, such as Christmas or a family retirement (ie: Babs' retirement). The recipe is highly guarded, and that's NOT an exaggeration, so enjoy!!
