Ingredients:  
2 1/2 to 3 cups chopped turkey or chicken breast
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup of sour cream
36 ritz crackers crumbled
2 tsp of poppy seed
1 stick of butter (melted)
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together chicken soup and sour cream
Put in greased cassorole dish
sprinkle with crackers and poppy seed
pour melted butter overall
bake at 350º for 30 mins or until bubbly
serves 6-8
