1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello
2 c. boiling water
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
2 bananas, sliced
1 c. miniature marshmallows

Topping:
reserved pineapple juice
1/2 c. sugar
2 T. butter
2 T. flour
1 egg
1 c. Cool Whip
grated cheese, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Stir jello and water together and cool. When cool, add crushed pineapple, bananas and marshmallows. Let this setup then add topping. For topping, add enough water to pineapple juice to make 1 cup. Add sugar, butter, flour and egg and cook until thick. When cool, add this to Cool Whip and pour over jello. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
