2 LBS scraped and sliced carrots

1 sliced medium yellow onion

1 or 2 sliced medium bell peppers...

Ingredients for Marinade:

1 can of tomato soup

3/4 Cup of vinegar

1/2 Cup corn oil

1 TSP Worcerster

1 TSP Prepared mustard

1 Cup Sugar

1 TSP Salt

Heat (boil) sliced carrots until tender.
Layer (drained) carrots into bowl, add layer of sliced onions and bell peppers.

Place in refrigerator and marinate overnight. Can be served cold or at room temperature..
