8 oz. Kluski noodles
8 oz. cottage cheese
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 green pepper
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
1 small onion
2 cans (8 oz.) tomato sauce
salt & pepper to taste
garlic (bulb or salt) to taste

Directions:
Saute meat, onion and green pepper. Drain. Add tomato sauce and simmer. Mix cream cheese, cottage cheese and sour cream until smooth. Place 1/2 cooked noodles in a greased casserole dish. Add the cheese/sour cream mixture. Add the remaining noodles and top with the meat mixture. Bake covered until heated through, 30-60 minutes, at 350º.
