1 1/2 lbs top round steak, cooked and cubed
1 9 oz pkg frozen baby carrots
1 9oz. pkg frozen peas with pearl onions
1 large baked, peeled potato, cut into 1/2 in pieces
1 jar home style brown gravy
1/2 tsp dried thyme leaves
1/2 tsp, black pepper
1 12 oz can refrigerated, flaky buttermilk biscuits

Preheat oven to 375. Spray 11 x 7 baking dish with non stick cooking spray.

Combine steak, potato, frozen vegetables in baking dish. Stir in gravy and seasonings.

Bake, uncovered, 40 minutes. Remove from oven, increase oven temperature to 400 , top with biscuits and bake 8 - 10 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.

Makes 6 servings,

This casserole can be made with leftovers of almost any kind of meat or vegetables,
