2 lbs. ground beef
2 eggs
3 slices bread (crumbled)
1 med. onion, chopped
1 bell pepper
salt and pepper
grape jelly
mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together, except jelly and mustard. Mold into 1 or 2 loaves and put into baking dish. Mix jelly and mustard together and pour over top. Bake at 375º for about 45 minutes.
