4 c. cooked diced potatoes
1 c. bite-size diced celery
1 c. cracker crumbs
1 1/2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 tsp. salt
1/4 lb. grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Make a white sauce with the milk, flour, butter and salt.

Add cheese and stir over medium heat until melted. Place potatoes and celery in a greased 9 x 9 baking dish. Pour cheese sauce over potatoes.

Cover with cracker crumbs, buttered, if desired. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
