2 Tbsp. butter
1 lb. ground beef
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1 tsp. sugar
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 (8 oz.) pkg. noodles
1 tsp. onion, chopped
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef and onions in butter. Add garlic, salt, pepper, sugar, and tomato sauce. Cover and simmer 20 minutes. Cook and drain noodles. Mix with sour cream and cream cheese. Arrange meat mixture and noodles in layers in a greased 9 x 13 baking dish. Top with chedder cheese and bake for 20 minutes at 350º.
