1 pt. small curd cottage cheese
8 eggs (can use egg beaters)
1 lb. jack cheese grated
2 large cans diced chilies
1 T. baking powder
1/2 c. flour
1 stick butter (Nandy uses 2 sticks)

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 400º. Melt butter in pan in oven. Beat eggs and set aside. Mix all other ingredients - then add eggs. Add 1/2 butter to mix. Leave other half in pan. Pour ingredients over butter. Bake at 400º for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350º and bake for 30 minutes.
