1 pkg (12 oz) frozen spinach souffle, thawed
2 T. chopped fresh chives
3/4 c. (3 oz) shredded Fontina cheese
1/4 tsp. black pepper
pinch ground nutmeg
2 pkgs mini phyllo shells (in freezer section)
Sliced almonds (for garnish)

Directions:

Mix first five ingredients together. Place shells on baking sheet. Divide mixture (about 1 T. per shell). Bake at 350º for 18-20 min--until set. Garnish with two almond slices.
