1 10oz. package frozen chopped spinach
1 ½ c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
1 large onion, chopped
3 eggs, well beaten
6 tbsp. melted margarine
¼ c. parmesan cheese
¼ tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp salt

Cook spinach according to directions on package. Drain well. Combine all ingredients an roll into balls. Bake at 325 for 15 minutes.
