1 can chili w/beans
2 c grated sharp cheddar cheese
12 oz. pkg. Doritos (Ranch or Nacho)
10 to 15 oz. can enchilada sauce
8 oz. tomato sauce
2 tbsp. finely diced onion
1 1/4 c sour cream

For the topping: set aside sour cream, 1/2 c cheese
and 2 c Doritos (measure Doritos before crushing)

Dice onion, crumble remaining Doritos into a bowl (you
should have about 6 c before crushing)

Mix onion, chili, enchilada sauce, tomato sauce, 1 1/2
c cheese in another bowl. Add to 6 c crumbled
Doritos. Place in 8 1/2x11 dish and bake at 375
degrees for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and spread
on sour cream, top with 2 c remaining crumbled Doritos
and 1/2 c remaining cheese. Bake an additional 5
minutes or until cheese melts.
