6 c rolled oats
1 c shredded coconut
1 c wheat germ
½ c shelled sunflower seeds
¾ c halved cashews
1 c dried fruit (raisins, apricots, Craisins, etc.)
½ c salad oil
½ c honey
1/3 c water
1½ tsp salt
1 ½ tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine oats, coconut, wheat germ, sunflower seeds and nuts in large bowl. In separate bowl, combine oil, honey, water, salt and vanilla. Mix with oat mixture. Spread on cookie sheets and bake at 350° for 30 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove and add fruit.
