2 c flour
1 tsp salt
tsp lemon peel
2/3 c shortening
4 - 6 Tbsp ice water
1 Tbsp lemon juice

4 c blueberries
1 c sugar (2 Tbsp sucaryl when made for Papa Dave)
3 Tbsp flour (or a little less tapioca)
tsp grated lemon peel
Dash salt

Mix flour, salt and lemon peel and cut in shortening. Add lemon juice and enough water to make dough manageable. Divide and roll into two pie crusts. Combine filling ingredients and pour into a crust lined pie pan. Drizzle with 1 - 2 tsp lemon juice and dot with 1 Tbsp butter. Cover with second crust and flute. Slice vents into top and bake pie at 400 for 35 - 40 minutes.
