Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 loaf frozen bread dough, thawed (I use equivalent of my roll dough)
1 lb ground sausage
1 small pkg frozen spinach, thawed and drained
8 oz cream cheese
½ c chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Roll out dough in a rectangle 12x18”. Make 3” slices into dough along the long sides of the rectangle, spacing slices about ½-1” apart. In frying pan, brown sausage. Drain fat and season meat to taste. Add spinach, cream cheese and nuts and mix together well. Pour filling down the center of the rectangle, lengthwise. Starting from one end, braid sliced edges in to the center of the loaf. Seal loaf closed and let rest for ½ hour. Place on greased baking sheet and bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until center is bubbly and loaf is golden brown.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
The filling can be substituted by just about anything (although it is soo good). Try pizza sauce with cheese, Canadian bacon and pineapple; or Dijon mustard, ham, Swiss cheese and sauerkraut, or just use your imagination.
