1½ lbs ground beef, browned and drained
1 can refried beans or chili
1 small onion, chopped
2 tomatoes, diced
½ head lettuce, shredded
2 c shredded cheese (cheddar or jack)
Salsa
Sour cream
Fry Bread

Directions:
Directions:
Make fry bread by taking small pieces of bread or roll dough and stretching it flat and thin and piercing a hole in the center. Drop dough into a pan with HOT oil in it and allow the dough to brown on one side before flipping and browning the other side. Drain bread on paper towels, and set aside. Let each person build their own taco by placing fry bread on plate and layering with meat, beans, vegetables, cheese and condiments.
