1 Tbsp mayonnaise
3 Tbsp sour cream
2 tsp chopped chipotle peppers (in adobo sauce)
16 oz can black beans
c chopped sweet onion
3 Tbsp fresh minced cilantro
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
Salt to taste
4 whole pita breads
Chopped lettuce
Chopped tomato
Chopped avocado

Stir mayonnaise, sour cream and chipotle peppers together in small bowl and set aside. In large bowl, combine beans, onion, cilantro, garlic, spices, lime juice and salt. Lightly mash and stir until all is incorporated and holds together. Cut pitas in half and fill with bean mixture, top with dressing and garnish with chopped lettuce, tomato and avocado. Serve immediately.
