1 C. oats ( quick or old-fashioned) uncooked
1/2 C. firmly packed brown sugar
1/3 C. (5T. plus 1 t.) margarine or butter, melted
2 T. all-purpose flour

Filling
4 C. thinly sliced peeled apples (about 4 medium)
2 C. fresh or frozen blueberries or sliced strawberies
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 C. frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
2 T. all-purpose flour
1 t. cinnamon

Directions:
Heat oven to 350 º. Mix topping ingredients; set aside. Combine filling ingredients in large bowl; stir until fruit is evenly coated. Spoon into 8-inch square glass baking dish. Sprinkle topping evenly over fruit. Bake 30-35 minutes or until apples are tender. Serve warm with yogurt, if desired
