4 pork chops (can be boneless)
4 wagon wheels of onion
1 c uncooked rice
4 beef boullion cubes
3 c water

Directions:
Directions:
Melt a couple of tablespoons of butter in an electric frying pan. Dip pork chops in flour and brown pork chops on both sides. When done, place onion on each pork chop. Add rice around the sides and beef cubes and water. Cook covered over medium heat for 1 hour.
