1 C. brown sugar
1 C. white sugar
2 C. peanut butter
1 C. shortening
1 t. soda
2 1/2 C. flour
1 t. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Cream peanut butter and shortening together. Add eggs and sugars. Add flour, soda, and vanilla. Mix all ingredients till creamy. Bake at 375º until lightly browned. Remove from oven and place on a cooling rack. When cookies have cooled, remove from baking sheet and store in an airtight container.
