Ingredients:  
½ c vermicelli noodles
2 tbsp shortening
2 beef boullion cubes
2 c boiling water
1 c uncooked rice
½ c butter

Directions:
Directions:
Brown vermicelli in shortening. Add boullion to water and pour over browned noodles. Add rice and butter and cover and simmer for 45 minutes.
