1 Tbsp (envelope) unflavored gelatin
¼ c cold water
¾ c sugar
½ c pineapple syrup
1 c crushed pineapple, drained
1 c grated cheddar cheese
1 c heavy cream, whipped
Directions:
Directions:
Soften gelatin in cold water. Dissolve sugar in pineapple syrup over low heat; add gelatin, stir till dissolved. Chill till partially set; add pineapple and cheese; fold in whipped cream. Turn into 1 quart mold or, 9x9” pan. Chill until firm.
