1 c barley rinsed
2 Tbsp butter
Slivered almonds
1 can chicken broth
1 can water
Diced onion

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and sauté some onion, scoop them out and then brown the almonds, scoop out and drain. Place barley, broth and water, onion, and almonds in a casserole dish and bake covered at 375º for 40-45 minutes.
