1 medium head iceberg lettuce, chopped
c thinly sliced green onion
1 c thinly sliced celery
8 oz can sliced water chestnuts, drained
10oz pkg frozen peas
c shredded Swiss cheese
2 c mayonnaise
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp garlic powder

to lbs bacon, cooked and crumbled
3 hard boiled eggs chopped
2 medium tomatoes, chopped (or cherry tomatoes)

Layer in order in salad bowl, cover and refrigerate overnight. Garnish chilled salad with bacon, egg and tomato before serving.
