1½ - 2 c each of 5 or more of the following fruits: watermelon balls, cantaloupe balls, honeydew melon balls, banana slices, red grapes, green grapes, strawberries, blueberries, peach chunks, pineapple chunks (I use a large can, drained)

1 cup fruit yogurt (I prefer a berry flavor)

1 cup cool whip

¼ c toasted coconut or toasted almonds

Layer prepared fruit in a glass bowl. In separate bowl, mix yogurt and cool whip. Pour over the top of the fruit. Sprinkle toasted nuts or coconut over the top (toast on a cookie sheet under the broiler until golden brown).
