2½ lbs chicken wings or drummettes
½ c Franks Red Hot sauce
1/3 c butter or margarine

Directions:
In sauce pan, melt butter with hot sauce. Arrange chicken in a jelly roll pan. Cover with sauce, loosely cover pan with foil and bake in 425º oven for 1 hour. Serve with celery sticks and bleu cheese dressing.
