1 lbs ground beef cooked and drained
2 lbs cubed Velveeta Cheese
1 medium onion, diced and cooked
1 can chopped olives
1 can chopped chilies
Taco sauce

Directions:
Directions:
In double boiler, melt cheese, stirring constantly. Add remaining ingredients and mix together well. Pour into casserole and bake 30 minutes at 325, or until thick and bubbly. Serve with tortilla chips.

Combine 1 can chili with 8 oz cream cheese. Heat until warm and mix together thoroughly. Serve with tortilla chips.
