1. 16 oz can refried beans*
2. 3 or 4 mashed avocados*
3. 1 cup sour cream
4. ½ c chopped olives
4oz can chopped green chilies
½ c chopped green peppers
½ c chopped green onion
5. ½ lbs grated jack cheese
½ lbs grated cheddar cheese
6. 2 or 3 diced tomatoes

Layer ingredients, in order in 9”x13” pan. Frost with 1 c sour cream and garnish with chopped olives. Serve with tortilla chips.

*I like to season the beans with a package of taco mix. I also season the avocados with seasoning salt and garlic powder.
