2 tbsp. all purpose flour
3/4 tsp. salt
4 pork loin sirloin cutlets, each cut about 1/4 in. thick (about 1 lb.)
2 tbsp. salad oil
1/2 c. catsup
2 tbsp. molasses
1 tbsp. lemon juice
4 lettuce leaves
4 hamburger buns

On waxed paper, combine flour and salt. Dip cutlets in flour mixture and coat well.

In 12 in. skillet over medium high heat, in hot oil, cook cutlets until well browned on both sides - about 10 minutes.

Stir in catsup, molasses, lemon juice and 1/4 c. water.

Over high heat, heat to boiling, stirring to loosen browned bits from bottom of skillet.

To serve, arrange lettuce leaves on bottom halves of buns, top each with cutlet, replace tops of buns.

Spoon sauce in skillet over cutlet.
