1 lb ground beef
1/3 cup rice
¼ c chopped onion
¼ c water
1 tsp salt
Dash pepper
1 can cream mushroom soup or tomato soup
½ tsp chili powder
½ c water

Directions:
Directions:
Combine meat, rice, onion, ¼ c water, salt, and pepper. Mix well. Shape into 15 one inch meatballs. Blend soup, chili powder and water in deep fry pan or electric skillet, bring to boil. Add meatballs, cover and simmer gently for 1 hour. Stir occasionally. Serve with rice.
