2 T butter
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 1/2 C dry instant rice
1 1/2 C water

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in skillet
add rice to butter & lightly toast. Add onion soup mix & stir. Add water, bring just to a boil and cover.
Remove from heat & let sit 10 minutes or until water is absorbed.
