3 1/3 c flour
3 c sugar
2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
14 oz can pumpkin
1 c vegetable oil
4 eggs
2/3 c water
1/2 c chopped nuts (I have substituted fresh cranberries for nuts and it is delicious)



For Glaze:
1 c butter
1/4 c sugar
1/4 c brown sugar
1/4 c cream
2/3 c powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine dry ingredients in large bowl. In another bowl mix remaining ingredients. Pour into dry ingredients and mix. Pour batter into 2 greased bread pans until pans are about 2/3 full. Bake at 350º for 60 - 65 minutes or until toothpick inserted in bread comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes before removing from pans. You MUST make this Caramel Glaze!! Glaze cooled loaves.

Caramel Glaze:

Dissolve sugars with butter and cream. Cool for 20 minutes. Add powdered sugar and vanilla. Drizzle (or in my case, pour) over loaf tops and enjoy!!!
